TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking
All orders are only considered “booked” when I have received 50% booking fee or £50.00 booking fee for larger installs. All booking fee’s are non-refundable and cover some of the cost of products to be purchased and reserve/secure your date/event time. All remaining balances need to be paid 48hrs prior to collection/install.
Cancelling & Rescheduling
Cancellations are non-refundable, I would have already purchased balloons & materials needed for your order the same day you paid the deposit.
Rescheduling needs to be agreed 1 week before order/install date, if these terms are met the client may reschedule to a more suitable date in the next 6 months subject to availability.
Damages & stolen items
Any damage, lost or stolen frames/props after I have left the venue of set up is to be paid for by the customer. Any missing or damaged faux flowers are also to be paid for by the customer.
Collection
Once a balloon has been collected, sweets, treats & balloons holds no liability for any damage caused during transit.
Materials
All balloons are blown up at least 24hrs in advance to cheek for any defects. Foil balloons during transit may look “deflated” due to temperature change such as cold air but will fully regain natural form when taken into the home at room temperature. Try not to leave balloons in a car/garage/shed over night as I cannot guarantee they will completely regain to natural state after so long.
Outdoor instals with hot weather will cause latex balloons to oxidise and become dull/matte looking. This can not be prevented completely but can be slowed down. Try to find shaded areas where possible for the best and longest outcome. In extreme heat some balloons may pop.
Disclaimer
I use professional equipment and materials intended for their purpose. To limit the risk of damage I kindly ask that no prop/install gets moved after I have left the venue. As stated above any damage caused to props will be billed to the customer,
